How to Transfer a Domain to supportONE

  1. Login where you purchase the domain from and Update your contact information.
  2. Set up your email sending domain name.
  3. Unlock your domain.
  4. Request an authorization code.
  5. Make sure your domain is eligible for a transfer.
  6. Create an account with supportONE Domain Name Register if you have not already done this.
  7. Enter the authorization code.
  8. Authorize the domain transfer when you recieve the email.
  9. Be patient, this can take up to 24 hours or more.
  10. If you have any issue, just ask us to do it for you.
